John Cleese: When I took over training at a production and distribution facility I bought several/many of his training videos. His humor kept the attention of the attendees and they learned a lot from them as they were very well written and presented.
I've seen some of his training videos and they were good. Humorous, with a point, and not too long. Wish he spent more time in the book describing those (but he didn't)..
My facility, by the way, was in Peabody. No longer there, they left about a year after I did -- their gracious tax exemption (a LOT of taxable warehoused and taxed product) ran out. Totally predictable, but politicians are notoriously shortsighted.

But at least now you know how Massholes pronounce "Peabody" vs how the rest of the world pronounces it.
