Elon Musk brought up the movie The Princess Bride in his interview last night where Inigo Montoya declines offers of riches and power and likewise so would Elon but the interviewer failed to properly follow up. Inigo then says, “Offer me my father back you son of a bitch” because that’s what he really wanted. What does Elon really want? What’s driving him? That’s what the interviewer should have asked… Once again James Harden completely disappeared in Sunday's pressure-filled game 7. But I do have to hand it to him. Once he decides to retire it will be with over $300 million in career earnings and he'll be able to just shave his beard, get a haircut, put on a hat, and then he'll be able to completely live out his life anonymously since nobody will be able to recognize him at that point... Reportedly Robocalls were down 13% last month but Robotexts were up 8%. Don't mind certain Robotexts like those from delivery companies letting you know your package was delivered. Really not looking forward to the deluge of Robocalls and Robotexts that are bound to be connected to the 2024 elections though... A sneaky good thing for the New England Patriots schedule is the fact they won't play a team coming off a bye this season. Even the worst team in the league is tough to beat if they have an extra week to prepare... Billy Joel is leaving New York and moving to Florida. Wonder if he'll do occasional concerts in Miami or Orlando the way he used to do at Madison Square Garden? Tons of transplant New Yorkers and others in the Sunshine State would love to see him... Interesting - Matt Ryan has played 15-years in the NFL and now appears to be joining CBS Sports as an NFL commentator but he's still not technically "retired" from the NFL. That's because the Indianapolis Colts still owe him $12 million from the 2-year contract he signed prior to last season. If Ryan officially retired that $12 million would be voided. Nobody ever said Matt Ryan was stupid... Years of shoddy research! And how much of that "research" was government funded?... Compare Ben Simmons 2021 game 7 loss to the Atlanta Hawks to James Harden's disappearance in game 7 vs the Celtics. Simmons had 5 point, 13 assists and 8 rebounds but refused to take a late game layup and has been forever labeled  a cowardly choke. Harden had 9 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds. If he leaves Philly this summer most won't be sad to see him go... Who knew? The original Invasion of the Body Snatchers was meant as a criticism of the suburbs where homes and individuals had become so homogenous that an alien pod could replace someone and nobody could tell the difference. They should do a remake under the same premise but replace the suburbs with liberal college students where the hive mind has definitely taken hold... Great story of how Alan Alda met his wife of 66-years… Kentucky Derby winner Mage is the favorite in Saturday's Preakness. Mage is the only horse from the Kentucky Derby that will be racing in Baltimore for the big race. That's strange considering there was 18 horses at Churchill Downs. There will be only eight racing in the main race  at Pimlico on Saturday which is also strange...
