Condoms: On the other hand, limiting their procreation isn't a bad idea, either. On yet the OTHER (third?) hand, just ending the gene pool outright probably has better odds of success in the end.
It's a waste of US taxpayer money. The last thing people in a time of war worry about is pregnancy control.
Also find it amusing that the "Catholic" Joe Biden handing out condoms to the Catholic Ukrainian citizens. Twilight Zone material.
