1. "Brainwashed" reminds me of the movie "The Manchurian Candidate."
2. Went to Alaska many years ago to give a speech and got lucky. For the first time I saw in one trip ice fog and the Aurora Borealis. Both were unforgettable. Of the more local, the rotating airdrome beacon reflecting on and through the ice for was truly eerie.
Actually looked up the date Sinatra's Manchurian Candidate was released before posting this because I wondered if they were simultaneous (but movie was released much later).
Have not seen the Aurora Borealis in person but also feel that's not a good enough reason to move to Alaska for :)
