The California wildfires seem like a death knell for any businesses or people remaining in LA. The question of "Why are you still in California?" is getting harder and harder for most to answer or justify... Pete Hegseth has the support of all the right people to head the Department of Defense… Washington Post's web traffic is reportedly down to 3 million a day from 22.5 million in 2021. X's (formerly Twitter) daily web traffic is estimated at more than 42 million. Think many are using X for their news now instead of traditional media outlets like the Washington Post... Can't argue he's wrong... Now a bill has been entered in Congress to allow Donald Trump to acquire Greenland. This is quickly moving from a pipedream to a reality... Amazing... Am I the only one when I picture Special Prosecutor Jack Smith in my head - he’s always sad. I can’t help but picture him as exasperated and on the verge of tears… In a brilliant political marketing move the garbage truck Donald Trump rode in on the campaign trail will be in his inauguration parade. Guessing huge Trump sign and all... 60 Minutes - the Ford Pinto of news journalism: Would be cool to show clips of all the fake news stories 60 Minutes tried to sell followed by clips of a Ford Pinto exploding, Again and again… Remember how deflated I felt the day I learned my own daughter had no idea who John Wayne was. Can only imagine how bad I’ll feel to someday learn a whole generation is unfamiliar with Calvin & Hobbes… Wait instead of sending foreign aid out of the country - collect taxes from foreigners. Genius!… If I were President for a day one of my first actions is to sign an Executive Order allowing military people in uniform to carry weapons while on a military base. Why this was taken away by Bill Clinton and not reversed yet I can’t explain…
