Hypothetical thought experiment - if the Damar Hamlin situation does come down to a question between vaccination status vs contact sports are dangerous and should be banned - who wins? Pfizer or the NFL? Serious question.... One question I often wonder about is if China ever decided to outright nationalize and take over the Tesla Gigafactory in China - does Elon Musk have the power to remotely turn off all the Tesla cars already sold? Tesla can remotely update and upgrade the car's operating software. Do they also have a software "kill switch?" These are the questions that keep me up at night... Would be curious to hear Aaron Rodgers' thoughts on the Damar Hamlin situation. Just saying... China has replaced the US as Brazil's largest trading partner. That's not good news or a good trend... Johannes Factorum (Jack of all trades) would be a good name for a blog or Substack account... One of the forgotten repercussions from the events of January 6th was it forced Bill Belichick to cancel the event where he would have been presented with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. That event has never been rescheduled... Reason I'd be curious to hear from Aaron Rodgers regarding the Hamlin situation is because many of the people saying asking about Damar Hamlin’s vaccination status now is “subhuman behavior” were themselves asking about Aaron Rodgers' vaccination status. And being pretty damn judgmental while doing it. My guess, though, is if Rodgers does address the situation he will be classy and just say he along with all his teammates are praying for Hamlin... The Communist Party eliminated for-profit education in China. It was not because for-profit education was ineffective - it was because the CCP needs to control the messaging. Keep that in mind when Democrats and teachers unions try to tell people that parents should have no say in what their children are taught in schools... Can't lie and say I didn't also immediately wonder what Hamlin's vaccination status was but being a lifelong Boston sports fan I also immediately thought of Reggie Lewis and was thankful medical professionals were on the scene for Hamlin. No doubt they saved his life... EDIT: Aaron Rodgers has spoken out about Damar Hamlin and it was a thoughtful response.
