Have to wonder if the new technology of AI coupled with holographs could make possible boxing matches from the past. You could have an in his prime Muhamad Ali take on Joe Lous in his prime. Or a Rocky Marciano vs Mike Tyson fight. This could revive boxing... October's home sales hit a 13-year low. Build back better - or not. Reminder that Joe Biden was the VP in 2010... One of those things that's still surprising (though I knew it before)... When I first broke into sales I thought there must be some secret that people were using to get customers to say yes. I soon learned it was as simple as being honest, knowing what you’re talking about, and if you don’t know something simply admit it and write down the question. Getting back to the potential customer as promised was always key. Of course you still needed to qualify that person to make sure they had budget in the first place… John Clauser shared the Nobel Prize in physics last year and has gone public on why he says that climate change is a hoax. This is the first time since 1941 that the Steelers have fired someone mid-season. This move probably makes Pittsburgh fans happy. Non-Steelers fans say, "They had an OC?"... One of Tim Ferriss’ pieces of advice is to ask yourself at the end of the day, “Did I spend the day chasing mice our hunting antelope?” Mice will feed a lion but the effort to just hunt mice will make the lion miserable and eventually kill the lion. Feeding on antelope, while harder, is much more rewarding. Same is true of life… The Baseball Hall of Fame released their ballot for next year with 12 new names on it. I'd say that Adrian Beltre among the 12 new names belongs in the Hall and that Todd Helton finally gets the required 75% to be elected next year. I am looking forward to all the articles saying that if Joe Mauer spent his whole career in NYC instead of Minneapolis he'd be a first time selection though...
