All a Democrat has to do is adopt standard Republican talking points like "America first" or be skeptical about the experimental vaccines and they surge in the poles. Just look at RFK Jr. Too bad supporting fracking was a bridge too far. He was near the goal line... So Bartolo Colon finally officially retires from MLB after a 5-year absence at the age of 50. He may not have had a Hall of Fame worthy career but just thinking of "Big Sexy" makes most fans smile.... Rewatching Band of Brothers (because its on Netflix now) and for the first time I noticed that Graham Yost wrote two of the episodes. This finally explains why so many Band of Brothers actors ended up on Justified (produced by Graham Yost)... On a related note Gino Marchetti is an NFL Hall of Fame player but what really makes him a Hall of Famer in my mind is the fact he fought in the Battle of the Bulge in World War II... Thought that keeps me up at night: if Lauren Boebert was a Democrat and was filmed giving an over the pants handjob to an underage kid - do you think the corporate media allows for the film to see the light of day?... So Russell Brand has had his tour dates cancelled by promoters and some are saying he should give his performance on X instead. He could easily get millions of viewers to tune in. Every million views would basically equal 50 theaters with capacity of 20,000 fans. He could break all sorts of records and set an example that puts the promoters out of business... Seems to me that the built-in cameras of Tesla would make those cars naturals for any security or police work. How could this be wrong?... People are familiar with the racism inherent in football by the lack of black QB's until people like Warren Moon or Doug Williams. What's less known is that same racist thought process also affected the middle line backer position until Kansas City's Willie Lanier broke the color barrier. Yet he wasn't inducted into the Hall until 1986... Always makes me smile when I see the stat that Texas has a bigger economy ($2.4 billion/year) than either Russia ($2.2 billion) or Canada ($2.1 billion). Perhaps Texas should replace Russia on the UN Security Council and Canada in NATO... The Wall manned by the Night's Watch in Game of Thrones was based upon George R. R. Martin visiting Hadrian's wall in England. As a reminder, Hadrian's Wall which stretches the width of England at 73 miles is just a fraction of the Appalachian Trail at 2,190 miles in length... Perhaps Don Hudson's closest comp is Rams receiver Cooper Kupp. Guessing Hudson was much faster though... Is there a real difference between a virtual assistant and Chat GPT 4 at this point? Serious question…
