The FDA announced they are phasing out petroleum based food dyes by the end of next year. Wait - we were allowing oil in our food? And nobody said anything about it till now?… Imagine if there were social media and a 24-hour news cycle around when Andrew Jackson was president? That would have been wild. That could also make a great parody account on X... He's not wrong... Great life advice is to take a quote you see and apply it to something you are trying to do. For instance Charlie Munger said "first don't be stupid" and I apply that to Golden Tee. Don't get cute and try a really tough shot. Every once and a while you'll hit it but not enough times to make up for the times you miss. “First don’t be stupid”... Curious who came up with the phrase MAHA - Donald Trump or RFK Jr.? It really works and want to know who should be credited for it… Many a truth is said in jest... The Vatican is missing a great chance to prank the word by not announcing someone named Sara Connor the new Pope... Still say some news network should have done an ABC News Nightline-type show "America Held Hostage" that broadcasts every day since we were promised the release of Jeffrey Epstein's client list and some arrests. They could also do a segment showing the days since we were promised an audit of the gold at Fort Knox... Another example like using quotes type hack is how some people have used their love of baseball to learn stats in college. That kind of knowledge sticks with you (and can earn you an A in class)... Still say some media outlet should do a yearly feature on the best NHL playoff beards. Who is chosen as the winner could be as exciting as some Stanley Cup games... Remember how Ted Kopple once read the names of the soldiers killed in Iraq? Someone from Fox News should read the names of all the citizens killed by illegal immigrants during the Biden Administration. Think that would grab some attention... According to the last estimate the population of the Cayman Islands is about 68,000. That means the entire population of the nation could fit into either Met Life Stadium or AT&T Stadium (Jerry World) with plenty of empty seats left over... Still say it would be funny if Roger Goodell is served subpoena papers at the NFL draft on Thursday. Everyone knows he'll be there. Process servers take note...
