When the last time you can recall Joe Biden or someone from the Biden Administration talking about Afghanistan? Or being asked by the media about Afghanistan?... Diet tip from Tim Ferriss (and others): try drinking your coffee black but adding cinnamon to it.  Saigon cinnamon is preferable but no more than 4 grams of whatever you chose per day... Shouldn't laugh at this but... The Steamboat Willie variations are endless… Another diet tip from Tim Ferriss is to add lemon pre or post meal whenever possible as lemon has been shown to reduce the glycemic index of most meals by about  a third. By the same token he says that neither white vinegar nor balsamic vinegar have shown an effect on lowering blood sugar. Too bad - I like balsamic vinaigrette...
