The Lex Friedman interview of Volodymyr Zelensky made me realize I don't really know what is happening in Ukraine or the dynamics. Highly recommend the interview. On my end I'll try to be better informed on the issue... On the bright side - as of today the New England Patriots only had 2 head coaches in the past 25 years... Reminder... Idea for an SNL skit: have someone in medieval times blaming invasion by the Mongol hordes on climate change. Of course they won't go there but it could be funny if they did... It would be interesting to track the percentage of traditional media employees that have to be laid off because their circulation and viewership numbers are down because they took a side and lost the public’s trust versus the percentage of government workers DOGE lays off because they are wasting taxpayer money. Think those two numbers are interrelated... VDH is not wrong here... McDonald's is rolling out its McValue menu targeting budget conscious diners. Its supposed to focus on a $5 meal deal and special app specials. This seems geared towards people of limited means and a younger audience... The Artic blast is bringing freezing temperatures into the Eastern US until mid-January. Is it mid-January yet?... USA! USA! USA!... As expected the Jaguars parted ways with head coach Doug Peterson. If they did this earlier Bill Belichick may have been an option for them but now he's not. Those who hesitate are lost... This post seems shorter today. It’s the same number of nuggets as usual but just seems shorter. Maybe it’s the cold?…
