Hurricane Martin is shaping up to be a huge problem for Central Western Florida. Pinellas County has ordered all nursing facilities in the county to do a mandatory evacuation and the entire town of Fort Meyers Beach has been ordered to evacuate... OK I'll say it! Starlink and none of Elon Musk's other companies do any paid advertising but the way first responders and victims of Hurricane Helene have been using those devices for fast, reliable Internet is worth more than gold can buy. And that's just a small measure of repayment for Musk's generosity in donating all those units and making service free for all the devastated areas... Great Babe Ruth fact. They don't make players like that anymore... The Merchant of Death, Viktor Bout, who the Biden-Harris Administration traded for Britney Griner out of jail in Russia, just sold $10 million worth of weapons to the Houthis. Has anyone asked Kamala Harris or Britney Griner about this or is the media too busy trying to jam the Harris-Walz ticket or the WNBA down our throats?... Business idea: someone should start a Consumers Report-type rating for all the NIL Collectives of all the major universities. It could quickly become the bible for many athletes trying to decide which college to play for and which collectives are to be trusted for honoring their word... It's estimated that Elon Musk donated more than 1,000 Starlink units to help out Hurricane Helene effected areas and his "Dark MAGA" support of Donald Trump has not gone unnoticed either... The future is scary... Not to pile on but someone should edit the movie The Aristocrats and replace every time someone finished the joke with the words "the Cleveland Browns"... We are watching the death of traditional corporate media and the birth of a new distributed media centered on individuals contributing their talents using mostly the X or Substack platforms. It starts slow but then becomes an overwhelming reality. We are at that point now... Question that could keep you up at night: why is Notre Dame's loss to NIU worse than Alabama's loss to Vanderbilt? Seriously... Can't say enough about Rush's Geddy Lee... Kind of harsh on him but Deshawn Watson did cost the Browns both Alex Van Pelt as OC and backup QB Joe Flacco who passed for more than 300 yards Sunday for the Colts. Watson has yet to have a 300-yards passing game for the Browns. Flacco had a 367 yard passing game for Van Pelt. Just saying... Dr. Phil on Samaritan's Purse...
