Nippon Steele announces that it will be acquiring US Steele in a friendly transaction. Have to wonder if this ever would have been allowed during the age of Rising Sun but it's a new age and a new Japan... Reason on why Virginia should refuse to subsidize the new home in Virginia for the Capitals and Wizards.
