Donald Trump met with new Canadian PM Mark Carney for a cordial visit at the White House. And while it may be a big deal in Canada - here it is just one of many stories. Perhaps the biggest news was Trump saying “Never say never” to the idea of Canada as the 51st state. A tongue in cheek statement perhaps meant to place things in their proper geopolitical context… Treasury Secretary Bessent is as big a hero as Elon Musk. I have no doubt this man has backbone... The Utah hockey club has settled on the name the Mammoths. Tusks up... Think RFK Jr.'s basic message is that Americans should be in control of what goes into their bodies - not the government. Think that's a winning message and all his policies are designed to make MAHA so... Common sense and going back to basics. Words to live by... Receiver George Pickens is dealt from Pittsburgh to Dallas and all I can think of is the quote, “No matter how beautiful a girl is - somebody, somewhere is sick of her shit”… In California, 35 Democrats crossed the aisle to vote with Republicans to kill the state ban on gas powered cars by 2035. Common sense seems to be taking hold in California. It's a start... So what comes first - the Catholic Church names a new Pope or the Jeffrey Epstein client list is released? I'm going with a new Pope... I remember when Barack Obama put his prestige and the US image on the line when he went in person to lobby for the Olympics in Chicago. He was turned down flat. Meanwhile Donald Trump comes into office and suddenly FIFA gives him the World Cup. It's amusing to figure out how the media will cover this... Pete Buttigieg is known as the Transportation Secretary for all the wrong reasons. Sean Duffy is intent on getting things done but guessing most people could not name him... I haven’t talked about the Bill Belichick dating situation because I feel a man of his age and accomplishments deserves a hobby. Which in his case is dating a hot former cheerleader more than half his age… RFK Jr. clearly knows his stuff. Funny how nobody ever brings up his age. He's 71-years young... Apple announces that they are coming out with their own Internet browser with AI. Google hardest hit...
