Is the Paul Graham vs David Sacks feud a real thing? Admit I was totally unaware VC's were so divided between supporters of the RNC vs the DNC. This Silicon Valley rift makes it more clear why Marc Andreessen and David Horowitz laid out their case for why they are supporting Donald Trump so clearly in a recent podcast... Brilliant idea. Have long supported idea that any money earned as a Social Security benefit should be tax free. Make it so… Business idea: T-shits that say "(Fill in the blank identity group) for Harris and (fill in the blank) for VP." Or maybe a more subtle one just saying "I support Team Coconut"... The MLB trade deadline came and went and I hardly noticed and never bothered to see who did what. Hope your team did well but think most people had other things to do... Heh Heh… Statistician Nate Silver's model shows Donald Trump having a 61.3% chance to win in November to just a 38.1% chance to win for Kamala Harris but don't get cocky though. Remember that the NY Times had Hillary with a 95% chance to beat Trump in 2016... Reminder that any "news" story that uses mostly anonymous sources also has a good chance of being mostly made up. Act accordingly... Heh Heh… Yesterday would have been Milton Friedman’s 112th birthday. That’s a reminder for me that I probably should pick back up Jennifer Burns’ biography Milton Friedman: The Last Conservative. I left off just after WW II when he was at the University of Chicago… Now the University of Missouri announced it will get rid of its DEI division on campus. Think “division” is the right word for what DEI hopes to accomplish… The movie The Lost Boys came out 37 years ago and is famous for it’s twist at the end and for being one of Kiefer Sutherland’s first roles. Instead of vampires - if a movie with that title came out today it probably would be about underage illegal immigrants…

Can you even begin to imagine what VP-ing under (no pun intended) Kamala Harris would be like? I can't. 90% brain dead, perhaps? For FOUR YEARS?!! Anyone wanting that position has to be totally out of it. Yet, they currently hold office. Good God.
