Russell Brand labels Elon Musk as "free speech Jesus" and I have to say - I love that nickname... Recently read Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist and I enjoyed it very much. When I was finished the thought occurred to me that this was one of those books that would be impossible to make into a movie. Then it also occurred to me that perhaps Pixar could do a decent job bringing this magical book to the big screen... Cultural Narcissism would be a good name for a U2 cover band... One of the changes I'd like to see Elon Musk bring to Twitter is to ban anyone (especially sports writers) from Tweeting play-by-play of a game or golf tourney. Enough already! Only one person ever did that well and that was Norm Macdonald on golf (and Norm's dead)... The big lie of the pandemic is if you're anti-Fauci you're anti-science. This lie will die hard in the hearts of too many in the media... Another book that would be impossible to make into a GOOD movie is Rudyard Kipling's Kim. They tried in 1984 but that version had Peter O'Toole playing a Tibetan lama. How would that go over today?... How great would it be if Elon Musk made David Goggins the sole moderator on Twitter. Watching snowflakes melt under the storm of his "F" bombs would be glorious... Wish there was a way to bet that Grant Williams will get under Giannis Antetokounmpo's skin enough to draw a flagrant foul in the upcoming Celtics-Bucks series. Williams work guarding Kevin Durant in the sweep of the Nets was an underrated factor... Speaking of movies - here's an idea for a script: a Tibetan monk comes to the United States seeking enlightenment. Turn the normal script on its head and make it a comedy... Its been two-years since the source code and schematics for these wearable privacy bracelets that jam smart speakers and microphones was released into the wild. I'm surprised that the clunky size and design hasn't been improved upon because you'd think a sleeker privacy bracelet would be a big seller...
