They say if you break it - you bought it. Does that mean Joe Biden has to buy the Democratic Party now?... When I see a car with lots of bumper stickers I think, "Dummy just ruined the paint job on your car just to virtue signal" and when I see an electric bus I think, "That dummy with all the bumper stickers probably voted in someone who wasted taxpayer money so they could send a virtue signal"... Albert Einstein and physicist Leo Szilard once came up with a patent for a new refrigerator. Always thought this was a cool side project but the device was a liquid-bismuth cooling system with no moving parts which could have been used to cool fissionable atomic masses... The Save Act that states only US citizens can vote in Federal elections passed the House by a vote of 211-198. Let that sink in - 198 Democrats voted against only letting citizens vote. They’re no longer pretending why they want open borders… Escape from New York came out 43-years ago. One of the first movies I saw at the theater. It came out during Jimmy Carter's Presidency and that was where many thought NYC was heading. Later the movie Wall Street came out while Ronald Reagan was President and reflected what NYC had become. My what a difference... "Maybe we can convince him [Joe Biden] to bang a porn a porn star." - John Fetterman. I just find that visual funny... Peculiar rituals but every year around the 4th of July I find myself needing to re-read Michael Shaara's great The Killer Angels to relive the Battle of Gettysburg. Likewise every year around Christmas Eve I normally re-read Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Does anyone have similar rituals?... Many people still debate whether the US was right to drop the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki but to me the more compelling historical question is why Germany never developed an atomic bomb before the US did? They literally had a years long head-start on America and some of finest physicists in the world...Will future generations look on the words of Paul Harvey they way past generations viewed the words of Nostradamus?... The Army-Navy football game remains perhaps the top non-conference game to watch each year. Tink everyone should experience one of these games live. They’re that special…
