The stat that Dallas has not lost back-to-back games games in the NBA playoffs is the new Indiana hasn't lost a single game in the playoffs at home stat. That Pacers stat was true until they played the Celtics. Now it's the Mavericks turn. The Finals start tonight... Seems a good day to mention this ad… Haven't commented on Padres infielder Tucupita Marcano or the MLB’s lifetime ban on him for gambling because honestly never of heard of him before. Stop trying to make Tupucita happen... Washington Post CEO William Lewis, "People are not reading your stuff." I can't tell you the last time I felt compelled to read an article from the Post. It has become the home of open liberal bias, fake news, and anonymous sources. The truth hurts and eventually the Post will most likely go out of business because of their choices and those responsible will blame Trump on the way out the door not their own actions or lack of talent... As an FYI - there's many more articles that I click on to read but if they're something behind a paywall I never share the link. Don't begrudge a writer making a buck off what they've written but not going to participate. I subscribe to a number of outlets but I let the reader decide for themselves what's worth their time and money... Good golf tip… Texas plans to offer its own stock exchange (TXSE) to compete about the NYSE and NASDAQ. Reportedly the exchange plans to start trading next year with its first listing in 2026. Will be interesting to watch. Another sign of the demise of New York?... Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the "Killdozer" rampage. A Killdozer T-shirt is the modern Gadsden flag and that event is getting more and more famous and popular as the years go by... One of the great lines was the Portland Oregonian calling Bill Walton the best center who ever came out of the Whole Earth Catalogue... I’d support this idea… Anyone in the US earning $35,000 a year in in the top 1% of income in the world. Put another way - all those kids in college who have their tuition funded by the parents and protesting the 1% are really protesting their own parents. Makes them much less sympathetic doesn’t it… I recommend this podcast. Well worth your time… Learn something new every day: in 1980 Bob Ryan wrote for Inside Sports and wrote that Portland taking LaRue Martin as the 1st overall pick of the 1972 draft was the all-time worst decision in NBA history...
