NYC judge Arthur Engoron fined President Trump a total of $355 million in a clearly political verdict that has already resulted in truckers boycotting deliveries to NYC. Why any business, real estate developer, banker, or person would live in NYC or NY state for that matter is beyond me. This will end up costing NYC and the state much more than the total of the verdict and for what purpose? This verdict will clearly be tossed out on appeal… Nebraska is considering a bill that would ban out of state hedge funds from owning any single family properties in the state. This makes me ask two questions - does that mean that in-state hedge funds can own these properties and are REIT's considered hedge funds?... The Overton Window is also known as the window of disclosure. The more you know... Can't stop watching this. That guy makes the video memorable... NYC and NY state’s loss of producers and companies as more and more move out of town is bound to be Florida’s and Texas’ gain. As you reap so shall you sow… Joe Biden is at the point where he gets easily stumped by rhetorical questions. Think if someone asked him what's the sound of one hand clapping that his brain would freeze... Did not know this... Just to be clear that basically Vladimir Putin is a gangster running a country but that doesn’t excuse America from blowing up the Nordstream II pipelines… I'm old enough to remember when Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson was cancelled by the corporate media because he did not know where Aleppo was... When you count your blessings don't forget to leave out the fact that you don't have to hear Christmas songs all the time now until after next Thanksgiving... The Las Vegas Raiders will now probably void Jimmy G's contract and the $11.25 million in guarantees next season. Could be a good pickup for the Pats... An old proverb says that nothing has any value until it is shared. That's how I feel about these random thoughts and observations. They would basically be lost and of no value if I didn't write them down... Come to the realization that I'm not a hoarder - except when it comes to books...
