Can't help but wonder how much money Donald Trump or the Republican Party has raised off the photo of his mug shot. Has to be in the millions. The mug shot and the Tucker Carlson interview have also got him back on X... Elon Musk is suing George Soros and the Attorney Generals Soros' financed DA’s for going after 1st Amendment Rights while at the same time Elon's picking a literal fight, a cage match in fact, with Mark Zuckerberg of Meta. Musk is picking fights to defend free speech. You have to like that... Have a friend who confuses Clarence Thomas and Clarence Clemons. I think that's hysterical. I should have T-shirts made up: "Supreme Court Justice Clarence Clemons"... Spiritual Patois would be a good name for a blog or Substack account about spirituality... Burt Lancaster was the best thing in the movie Field of Dreams. Amy Madigan looking like the Green Goblin without makeup was the worst... Friday would have been Sean Connery's 93rd birthday. I can't think of him without thinking about the Penis Mightier skit even though he never appeared on it. He did kick Johnny Stompanado's ass though... Don't know how many times modern culture has to remind us just how much of a miracle our very existence happens to be. We've seen it numerous times in print and on entertainment platforms such as The Watchmen. How many times will we need to be reminded of this before it sinks in?... Hollywood writers and actors are still on strike and I've barely noticed (except to remark people seem much happier for it)... The things you learn on the Internet: Roger Boisjoly was an engineer at NASA, who predicted that the Space Shuttle would fail because of the O-rings. He was right but nobody listened to him... Freaky Music with Martin Sheen would be a good name for an offbeat cover band... Always amused by accounts on Twitter X that follow you only to unfollow a week or two later if you don't follow them back. Always wonder if they'd unfollow anyway because that's their game and how they normally gain followers. I only follow accounts I value. No idea why people follow me... Eavesdropping on the Mind of the Universe would be a good name for a blog or Substack account on physics... Agree with the idea of legislation that would block the CCP and Chinese from owning US farmland. Also I would take it a step forward and sat anyone with a net worth of $10 million plus should be blocked from any federal farm subsidies...
