Matt Taibbi is willing to hold an old school New England style town hall debating why America has seemingly stopped being so liberal. I, on the other hand, wonder after seeing the effects of Jimmy Carter and the nadir that was Mike Dukakis - why did liberalisms become acceptable in the first place? It was a dirty word and an insult to be called a liberal in the 1970's and 80's and now that we've seen the policies it results in like open borders and defunding the police perhaps its time to make it a dirty word once again.... Many a truth is said in jest... I'll say it again but if I were in charge any federal position that deals with medicine would be stocked with people who signed the Great Barrington Declaration. Whether that be Surgeon General, head of the CDC, or what have you... Am I the only one amused that Boston University gave AOC a degree in economics and a professorship to Ibrahim Kendi? Also can't be the only one who would never send a kid to BU... So using Joe Biden's own example of denying RFK Jr. Secret Service protection - how valid would any complaint from him be if the next President denied Hunter Biden any protection?... So the Democrats want to defund the police yet at the same time give lots of guns to 87,000 new IRS agents. Good to know and remember... The Red Sox front office is always supposedly going after top free agents every offseason only to disappoint. The rumors are stoked by the team's house organ The Boston Globe and this season its supposedly Shohei Ohtani. Fans see through and are sick of this game... New Jersey, "Why are people always making jokes about us being corrupt?" Also New Jersey - re-elects Bob Menendez as Senator... Would be amusing if Tucker Carlson renamed his show on X to Fox News Delenda Est... If you don't support Russell Brand against his fight against UK censorship just remember how the US was able to label the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation and suppress any mention of it on the news or social media... As they say in The Princess Bride it turns out that Alabama was only mostly dead…
