The Celtics came back last night to win 114-111 over the Pacers. Boston now takes a commanding 3-0 series lead. Indiana had been a perfect 6-0 at home in the playoffs this year until last night... Thinking of changing my name legally to None of the Above and getting on as many Presidential ballots in as many states as I can. I also could legally give myself a salary of up to $400,000 or whatever the President can receive today. Guessing I could get a lot of votes that way... Agree 100%.... FDR joked that he saved the Republicans Party during his administration by giving something for people like Thomas Dewey to argue against. Wonder if Never Trumper's like William Kristol think they are saving the Republican Party for people like Thomas Dewey too? Thing was - FDR knew it was a joke... Some wealth management companies are advertising a guaranteed 5% return on investment on a YPR basis but a 9-month IRA can yield you 5% which is much more on a YPR basis. Am I missing something here?... I like Subtle... I'll be honest, I went to bed in the 3rd quarter with the Celtics losing by 15-points. I thought the game was over and I had a long day - up early, yard work, and going to a beer garden with a band. Only found out they won and the score when my girlfriend came to bed... Christopher Walken in The Dead Zone is perhaps the only actor where I can only picture the main character of him when I read the book the movie was based on... The last skit of the final episode of the original SNL cast... Learn something new every day: Harrison Ford was originally offered the role that was later offered to Tom Skerritt in Alien. Ford had just done Han Solo in Star Wars and didn't want to be typecast... Need to keep an eye on this situation but 13 counties have now voted to leave Oregon to join Idaho. The City of Portland is literally driving people away...
