Santa's iconic red and white colors are because he was associated with Coca-Cola in the 1930’s. Before that he was associated with blue and green. So much of our traditions are based on marketing... It was ever thus... Two groups that really want all digital currency are the government and scammers. Neither have your best interests at heart. Don't trust either one. Or CVS - they're just as bad as either... Former Texas backup QB Maalik Murphy has reportedly committed to Duke, He has been compared by some to Cam Newton. Next season should be interesting... If sliced bread was such a good idea - shouldn't that be the symbol for good ideas and not light bulbs?... I have never watched the classic A Christmas Story and have no plans to change that now. I do know that the mom in that movie was played by the same woman who was Hanrahan's wife in Slap Shot. Merry Christmas... The US military is shirking to a size not seen since the end of WW II. The lack of a moral compass is the main reason for this… Jerry Kill has stepped down as the HC of New Mexico State. I, for one, would want to subscribe to his newsletter about college football if he has one and really hope he joins and is active on X… Hope the US economy doesn’t need to get as bad as Argentina’s before our political leaders start taking action here… The New York Jets are 16-32 under Robert Saleh. That’s an improvement over Rich Kotite’s 4-28 record. Just saying… It’s that time of year once more… I’m Spartacus!… Knowing history and seeing it repeat itself must be a powerless feeling. Like being the creator of a funny meme yet getting no credit for doing it…
