Somehow its “news” that Donald Trump may want former Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to have an important role in his administration if elected. There has been open talk about this for a long time with Ramaswamy himself fielding questions about him maybe running for his old friend JD Vance’s Senate seat or maybe even governor… Agree with this 100%… Question has been asked if the Fed is playing politics with interest rates. Of course they are! Anyone who couldn't predict that both interest rates and gas prices would come down prior to the election simply weren't paying attention... Now I won't be able to "unsee" this definition... With the increase in popularity of cruises and cruise ships - can a movie about a paramilitary takeover or a natural disaster on one (like the Poseidon Adventure) be far behind?… Now that the idea that the great utility of the Starlink product in rural areas and by public safety officials has been made clear because of Elon Musk’s generosity in donating thousands of units and making service free in disaster areas the question has to be asked - shouldn’t other companies who make quality products with great utility products follow his lead? Simply take the funds budgeted for ad campaigns and use it to donate goods to disaster relief and the testimonials would be worth more than the ads. Good for the community and good for the company… Question I do want to see answered is if Vivek had a role in the choice of his friend JD Vance as VP in the first place… This would make a good ad… Volodymyr Zelensky reportedly now says he’d be open to discussing a ceasefire in Ukraine with Russia. He’s read the tea leaves and is preparing for a Trump Presidency… Speaking of Elon Musk - Tesla had their We, Robot event where the unveiling of the CyberCab and a talking Optimus robot were highlighted. Yet the next day the stock price went down as investors were unimpressed somehow. Can only think it was the production date being a year away that may have been the issue otherwise I don’t understand… This is disturbing. Though I have to admit that’s not a bad gig for the RV owner. I hope they get paid milage… Prediction: next year you will see Elon Musk donating thousands of Optimus robots to aid in disaster relief. Can you imagine the robots working tirelessly (say 12-hours shifts with the other 12 hours to be used to clean up and get charged) doing repetitive tasks like stacking relief supplies or clearing debris? You can already see the visuals and testimonials… Wonder if places like Guantanamo piped in a tape of Kamala Harris laughing on a continuous loop if that would be an effective torture. Even funnier if it was ruled cruel and unusual punishment by the Geneva Convention…
