Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

The feud quickly escalated between Aaron Rodgers and Jimmy Kimmel to a more serious one between Pat McAfee and ESPN's Norby Williamson who McAfee has accused of both leaking wrong ratings numbers to the press and trying to sabotage his show. My money is on McAfee - ESPN does not own his show or employee the show's "stooges." Get your popcorn ready... Sad to hear of the passing of David Soul who came to prominence as part of Starsky & Hutch. Another part of my childhood gone... Excellent question: if Bill Clinton as a former President had a Secret Service detail - wouldn't they have accompanied him everywhere? Including to Jeffrey Epstein's island - 37 times!... German farmers are engaging in one of the largest protests in history against their government but you'd never know that if you depended on corporate media for your news. The Nazi's used to pride themselves on creating propaganda and controlling the media. How is the different from today (except modern government didn't invent propaganda)...  Wonder if natural atomic fission could be responsible for spontaneous combustion? Spontaneous combustion has never been witnessed scientifically but then again - neither has natural atomic fission. Could be a good episode for Myth Busters... Reportedly UCLA is hiring former Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo as their TE coach. I had been wondering about him... Funny because its true... BTW - as far as I know Jimmy Kimmel has not followed through with a threat to sue Rodgers for mentioning Kimmel was on Jeffrey Epstein's guest list... Credit where credit is due - former Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is giving team employees each a share of $58 million he gained through the sale. Good for him... Strange world we live in - Peloton strikes a deal to stream their fitness videos on TikTok while Only Fans is advertising hard as it tries to incorporate cable-like shows to its adult offerings. Strange... One of the reasons I'd side with Pat McAfee is because he knows if push came to shove he could probably make more money on X and I think ESPN knows that too...
