Interesting aside but perhaps the three of the most famous people in the world purposefully avoid the corporate media. Tucker Carlson was fired from it and now is exclusively podcasts and X, Elon Musk has never used it to advertise any of his companies, and Taylor Swift despite being Time's Person of the Year does not do interviews with traditional media.... Unintentional Skid Marks would be a good name for a band... From a few months ago but Italy became first nation to ban "fake meat." Studies have shown that it causes cancer. Can’t stop thinking they should insert that meme of the PM of Italy with the guy praying below saying, "Lord I've seen what you've done for Italy and I wat it for me"... Business idea: market something called "2 Liters of Booze." Just make it 20% alcohol or more and be sweet tasting. You know people would buy it (or hopefully you don't)... Really like that chip manufacturers are all racing to have the latest and greatest when it comes to AI but I really hope many of those chip plants are built in the US or in counties aligned with us both politically and in AI optimism. Countries with tyrannical systems of government like China are going to make AI models that don't serve man but enslave them... A little geeky but I laughed... Think the easiest way to ensure Bill Belichick remains in New England would be to have Dallas enquire about his availability. Robert Kraft and Jerry Jones just don't like each other... Reminder that Santa's got game... Paul Graham wrote, "The next Harvard student that gets busted for plagiarism, we know what his defense will be: 'Sorry, it was just an oversight, I just omitted a few quotation marks.' And what possible reply could the university make to that?" I was thinking the same thing and if I were a Harvard student today I would be plagiarizing my ass off. If I were suspended - it's a lawsuit waiting to happen and that student's golden ticket... The FCC has given Starlink approval to test cell signals from their satellites to phones on the ground. Great idea but why does this keep giving me vibes of a James Bond or Dr. Who villain?...  Ha ha - I had the same dream as a student!...
