Some media continues to try to convince people that Jimmy Carter was a good president. There's a reason he was a one-term president and lost in a landslide to Ronald Reagan. He was by far the worst president of my lifetime until Joe Biden came along... Thinking about the suggested possibility of the Patriots sitting Drake Maye this Sunday against Buffalo and starting Joe Milton III instead. On the one hand - this game is meaningless and the Bills already have the 2nd seed sewed up and will be sitting many starters - why take the risk of Maye getting hurt behind a substandard O-line? On the other hand - this game is really a glorified exhibition which gives you a chance to see what Joe Milton III can do or maybe not do... Learn something new every day... One of the reasons Ronald Reagan is remembered as so positive and upbeat was there was no reason to have a negative campaign against Jimmy Carter because he was so awful at the job. Simply asking "Are you better off today than four years ago?" was as close as Reagan ever got to going negative... Periodical reminder - Nixon opened up China to the West in large part to avoid a Russian-Chinese war which was brewing and probably would have been won by Russia at the time. Having China "allied" with the US changed that dynamic and war was averted. Russia and China share a large border and much of the Russian Far East used to belong to China who has not forgotten this fact. As much as China may claim to be Russia's ally today - this fact has never been forgotten... 2025 - a mathematical wonder... Many people will be saying they only obeyed Voldemort Joe Biden because they were being controlled by the Imperio curse DNC... Little known fact but in Colonial America - St. Taminy was celebrated in many places as America's fictitious patron saint. His name was later changed slightly and immortalized in the infamous Tammany Hall... I’m a believer in the saying “don’t speak ill of the dead.” It’s more of a manners and personal conduct thing but you have to make an exception in Jimmy Carter’s case because the gaslighting is so in your face… Reminder the Constitution says "we the people" and not "we the states" or "we the unelected bureaucrats in Washington"... Have a Happy New Year!…
