From the “you can’t make this up” file - the DNC is building a wall around their convention center in Chicago and requiring proper ID to get in. These are the same Democrats that said a wall at the southern border and proper ID’s for elections were racist. Let the fun begin… Venue Sports launch to coincide with the start of the NFL season has been delayed by Fubu’s legal challenge against the would be sports cartel. I’m a subscriber to Fubu so I’m biased in their favor though I do have to wonder if TNT losing the NBA after next season changes things for Venue… If I were a defense lawyer in Chicago and a client was arrested for protesting the DNC one of my first calls would be to the Harris election campaign to see if they would post bail. She does have a history of doing it and either way the campaign answers it is "news"... Not buying all this "vibes" talk. Adlai Stevenson was literally called "the Happy Warrior" and he was soundly rejected by the nation. Some people seem like they are trying to talk themselves into Kamala Harris because she has better "vides" than Trump? Go buy yourself some crystals while you’re at it... Happy for Mac Jones as he looks to secure the back-up QB job with the Jaguars. Hope he gets things back on track... Yesterday's Flotsam and Jetsam came off as a little harsh. "Terse" may be a better word but my sense of humor's default is sarcasm. I try to be kinder but sometimes its a struggle... If "vibes" is all that important why didn't Marianne Williamson get more support for her Presidential bids? Who has better "vibes" than her?... Officially worried about Patriots center Jake Andrews. Already the debate of what center in the league would you trade for him shows his value straight-up but then you add in the intangibles of him being with the same team his whole career and his value as a leader in the locker room and on the field suddenly he's damn near irreplaceable. Now reports are surfacing that he may be out for the season and New England doesn't have the O-line depth needed at center. I'm officially worried... So will the Harris campaign walk back that “price-gouging” policy this week? Will be interesting to watch how often the words “price gouging,” “price controls,” or government “leveling the playing field” gets mentioned at the DNC convention… Recently listened to the Joe Rogan podcast with Peter Thiel. Worthy your time as both are interesting guys but it did make me wonder how many billionaires he's had on his show. You have Thiel and Elon Musk but how many others?... Don’t believe reports that JFK Jr. offered to drop out of the race in exchange for a Cabinet position in Harris’s administration. First of all this sounds like a rumor the Harris campaign would float out there to try and get RFK Jr. supporters to change allegiances. Secondly think RFK Jr. is too astute to think Kamala might win. Now a Cabinet position in the Trump administration? That’s a whole different story…
