The FHA has now approved 40-year mortgage terms. To me this seems to really be blurring the line between owning a home and truly just renting the home from the bank. This is not a step in the right direction... One of the side benefits to Robert Kennedy Jr. running against Joe Biden for the 2024 Democratic Presidential nomination is that it will probably help with sales of his book The Real Anthony Fauci. That will raise awareness of how unscrupulous Fauci, Bill Gates and big pharma have been for years...  Would be interesting to do a study about how many of the celebrities with old style Blue Checks who claimed they were leaving Twitter if Elon Musk bought the platform actually left. My guess would be third actually left (maybe because Elon got rid of the easy access to kiddie porn), a third is still on Twitter but refusing to pay $7 a month for a Blue Check (that would be an insult to their celebrity), and a third are still on Twitter and paying for a Blue Check... Was not aware that Kennedy was married to Cheryl Hines who plays Larry David's wife on Curb Your Enthusiasm. Will be interesting to see how this splits the Hollywood Democrats. At the least it won't be helpful to Gavin Newsome's bid for the White House... Congrats to the 2023 Boston Bruins. Now let’s see if they can turn that regular season magic into playoff success… Robert Kennedy Jr. is poised to become a modern Ralph Nader running purely on issues he sees as important. Never a chance to win but always the man of principle. Will be interesting if RFK Jr. goes the Nader route and continues his campaign as a third party candidate... War is a racket. War has always been a racket… Will be interesting to see if Anheiser-Busch starts offering drink special offers on Bud Light to try to get back some of the people who have switched from Bud Light because of the transgender spokesperson. They're going to have to be creative to get some of these folks back. Many, many others are gone for good... Just being honest but when I see someone still wearing a mask - my assumption is the person has mental illness...
