Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.
Question has to be asked: at what point does NASA call in SpaceX to save those Boeing astronauts stranded in space? Has that call already been placed?... Have seen the reports of unmanned drone fighter jets consistently beating pilots in dogfights but have to wonder if that would change if pilots were enhanced with a computer/brain interface like a Neuralink chip? Supposed it gives the human much better reflexes and perfect aim... Word of the Day... Hard to believe it been a year since the passing of Hershel "Woody" Williams, the last surviving winner of the Medal of Honor from World War II. Now all 472 honorees have crossed over to the next muster... Remember JJ Charlesworth's words, "There was never a lockdown - just middle class people hiding while working class people brought them things." He should add "and the rich and politicians who made money off it"... Heh Heh... Was with a group of guys and half the table vehemently hated the Grateful Dead song Throwing Stones (Ashes All Fall Down). I kind of like that song... I saw a description of Bitcoin being everything you didn't understand about computers combined with everything you don't understand about money. Now I feel seen... Have become fascinated by the Warren Buffett quote, “I could end the deficit in 5 minutes. You just pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election.” I can’t see how this couldn’t work. It promotes fiscal responsivity by elected representatives and help reduce the national debt. What am I missing (besides the fact that sitting members of Congress would hate it)… Tonight is game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs and it is currently dead even as far as the betting line is concerned even though the Panthers are at home. The puck is scheduled to drop at 8:20 EST. I know what I’m doing…
