Good news and bad news. The bad news is Berkshire Hathaway has sold off more stocks than any other quarter ever which is being taken a sign of possible coming recession and market downturn. The good news is that Berkshire Hathaway also now owns $277 billion in Treasury Bills which is more than the federal reserve holds in T-Bills. A good sign that they have confidence in the government's ability to pay... Reports are that the stranded Boeing Starliner crew may have to use the SpaceX Crew Dragon in order to get home from the ISS. This is not something Boeing really wants to do but news of a stranded crew can only get worse if they don't act... Novak Djokovic wins gold at the Olympics - he is the tennis GOAT... The Biden Administration froze it's controversial policy of flying illegal immigrants into the country. Guessing that it was not polling well now that the American people were aware of the scheme. Also don't doubt that if Kamala Harris is elected that the policy will be quietly resumed... Business idea: someone should print up bumper stickers and T-shirts saying "White Guys for Voldemorte"... The ISS is about the same distance from the Earth as San Fran is to LA but whereas a simple taxi could take you from San Fran to LA - Boeing can't figure out how to safely get people to and from the ISS... It would be funny if it turned out that the Smoking Man from the X-Files was actually in charge of the US government behind the scenes... Let me remind you again: if I were President I'd say every military base in the US needs to have a small footprint nuclear plant in order to ensure clean power in case of outages or war. If a state declines - they lose the military base and all the jobs that go along with that base. Simple...
