Well I did it again. I erased an entirely good post and had to start from scratch. Hope I made it OK… Amused that some are upset that Muslims in Detroit have banned the “pride flag.” How will these folks voice their displeasure without sounding anti-Islamic? Just thinking about it makes me chuckle… I’ve seen this before but it gets me every time… Always wondered how John Elway was able to win an NFL MVP Award yet never be voted a 1st team All-Pro. Just no getting around some people’s biases and rooting interests… Elon Musk got a job as an intern to Microsoft’s Toronto office when he emigrated from South Africa, Have to wonder if his distaste of Bill Gates stems from this time… I admit - I laughed out loud to this… Think if Tulsi Gabbard was VP that someone would have tried to assassinate Joe Biden by now… Many people are familiar with the famed Purple People Eaters of the 1970’s Minnesota Viking and the names of Alan Page, Carl Eller, and Jim Marshall are well known but it wasn’t until he started a comic strip that Gary Larsen became equally well known (I kid)… Heh Heh… Elon Musk had SAT scores of 670 verbal and 730 on math which would have made him a scholarship winner in my day but he’s derided as having “not especially notable” scores in his biography… In 1988 Democrats said Republican politicians were robbing our children’s futures by exploding the National Debt. In 1996 Republicans said the same about Democratic politicians. Haven’t these kids grown by now to the point where they can vote these clowns out of office?… Tua and His Concussions would be a good name for a band… Who knew? The officials at the Immaculate Reception game never signaled a TD. It wasn’t until head official Fred Swearengen spoke with someone on the phone that Franco Harris was awarded six points. Who the person he spoke with remains a mystery… Just as state politicians drove Elon Musk to move his HQ (and related jobs) out of California, federal bureaucrats at the FAA seem just as determined to force Musk to move SpaceX out of the US by denying him a license to launch his Starship. With SpaceX would go all the related taxes as well. Nice job…
