If the Republican Party has Governor Ron DeSantis deliver the Republican response to the State of the Union - what are the chances he actually gets higher ratings than Joe Biden's speech? What are the chances that some of the networks would refuse to carry it for fear of such ratings?... I self-identify as a sober man stuck in the body of a hungover man. Can someone please inform my headache to respect my identity choices... A very reasonable argument can be made that Joe Rogan has been more visible during the pandemic than the US Surgeon General and more correct in his medical information than the WHO. That's a huge glaring failure by the medical establishment. And some wonder why people no longer have trust in those institutions... Two ways for Union Pacific to stop all the looting of their trains in California. The first is to simply stop going to California but this is not practical since UP has to pick up goods at the docks in LA and Long Beach as well as deliver goods. The second way would be railroad personnel with high powered dart guns. Start shooting would-be looters with elephant tranquillizers and see if that's a deterrent. Since many of these railroad cars are carrying US Mail you could have US Marshalls along to pick up the would-be looters on Federal charges. This could work!... All Visa commercials should now be required to post the warning "May not be valid in Australia"... The NFL has filed motions to dismiss the Jon Gruden lawsuit against the league. If the league loses their motions and the case is allowed to proceed - I wouldn't be surprised if Gruden is offered a large settlement to go away before those 650,000 emails from the Washington Football Team investigation have to be offered up to Gruden as part of the discovery process. Given the toxic workplace that is the WFT it is highly unlikely Gruden's were the only offensive or racist emails... Seriously didn't think that this week the "news" would make me wonder if the green M&M has a penis. Well that ship has sailed... With the success of the "kiss cam" at sporting events where a couple is shown on the jumbotron and expected to kiss I'm surprised nobody has tried a "chug cam" where people holding a beer are expected to chug it when shown on camera.
