Keep saying that the longer Kamala Harris takes to answer questions the worse it will be for her when she finally does. Both for her and the press who not only refuses to ask her to answer them but portrays her in a glowing light. Harris can simply lose the election but the press is losing the trust of the public which once gone isn't coming back... The movie The Usual Suspects came out 29-years ago. Despite having on of the all-time plot twists at the end it remains highly rewatchable even though you now know the twist… Chiefs defensive lineman Chris Jones has offered to pay for the $1.5 million worth of chicken wings stolen by Chicago cafeteria lady Vera Liddell who was sentenced to 9 years in jail. Think the court would be crazy not to accept the offer because if they turn it down it could turn into a firestorm of bad publicity... Yesterday we lost Peter Marshall who was the longtime host of The Hollywood Squares for 16 years. He was 98... In The Usual Suspects the roles that went to Stephen Baldwin and Chaz Palminteri were originally offered to Michael Biehn and Christopher Walken. That’s would have been a completely different movie… Kamala Harris is becoming known as a creator of fake news not a protector of the public from misinformation. The media is becoming known as a willing accomplices... A sign that the end times are upon us? John Madden will reportedly be portrayed by Nicholas Cage in an upcoming movie. That may be he last person I think of when you say John Madden's name... The college football season is coming up and it does worry me that so many are picking the U of Miami to have a big season. I also can’t help but think that Dabo Sweeney’s avoidance of the transfer portal reminds me of how Coach K used to shum “one and done” players until the losing seasons were piling up… Life advice: you will go far if you just try to live by two precepts: the Golden Rule (treat others as you would have them treat you) and the Golden Mean (all things in moderation). No need to make anything more complex than that... The Problematic Case of Joe Biden would be a good title for a biography... Speaking of John Madden - the video game Madden is being released this week. Or as it's known in some circles, "the black hole of productivity"... OK I’ll say it! One of the most annoying sounds has to be of a Salvation Army worker ringing a bell in August!…
