The Celtics playoff run starts Sunday - which is also Easter. Have to wonder how Boston's head coach Joe Mazzulo - who is a staunch Christian feels about that... ESPN announced that College Gameday's Lee Corso will retire after the first game of the 2025 season this August 30th. The site for the broadcast has not been announced but I hope it's either at Florida State (where they play Alabama) or at Ohio State who hosts Texas... Still don't understand why movie theaters don't show Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ each year before Easter. Seems like they are passing up on free money... It would be amusing if Donald Trump made one of his demands that Harvard rename itself Trump University. Seeing how John Harvard never actually went to school there and just gave money - the demand wouldn't be as outrageous as it seems at first blush... The NHL playoffs are set to start. I don't have a rooting interest but I also don't want a Canadian team to win the Stanley Cup. I'm amused by their long championship drought and want to see it continue... Revenge is a dish best served cold... Lee Corso was a great player for Florida State where he was friends with teammate Burt Reynolds and Ohio State is the site of when he first donned headgear to announce his pick for the game. Either site would be fitting to honor Corso and both games have good matchups... The Biden Administration tried to ruin IRS whistleblower Scott Shipley's life. Now Shipley has been named the acting Director of the IRS. More proof that revenge is a dish best served cold... The Democratic Party in a nutshell... Happy 78th birthday to James Woods!…
