Call me a cynic but its probably cheaper for a governor to say they stand with Texas Governor Greg Abbott on his immigration stance than it would be to have Texas ship any illegals to "sanctuary" cities that might be in your state. Just saying... Seeing Sports Illustrated go out of business, the Washington Post say they lose $100 million a year, and the LA Times announce a huge layoff makes one wonder how long the Boston Globe can pretend it's still business as usual. Nobody trusts John Henry... Too funny... Also have to add that Governor Abbott by making his stand makes it so that corporate media have to cover the illegal immigration issue and how the Biden Administration is not dealing with it right before a major election. Downstream Democrats running for office can't be happy with this... What are the odds that Keyshon Boutte remains on the Patriots roster next season after his arrest for illegal gambling? Not good... After seeing the size of the crowds for Tucker Carlson in Edmonton - you have to think the idea of Alberta wanting to be the 51st state and out of Canada isn't too far off. It would almost automatically negate the Democratic population "gains" from open borders except these new citizens wouldn't be deportable... Listen kids... If Donald Trump wins the Presidency in 2024 will he make Richard Grenell his Secretary of State? Seems logical... Think the NCAA can solve their transfer issue if they simply let every player have a one-time transfer no questions asked, they could also get to transfer if their head coach changes (retires, fired or takes different job), and then unlimited transfers after that but player would have to sit out a year to acclimate to new campus. Done... It's been reported that all the EV manufacturers except Tesla lose tens of thousands on every EV sold. These are all publicly traded companies that have to report real results. Hard to believe that a Chinese EV manufacturer BYD is actually turning a profit on every EV sold. Don't trust China and don't take their word for anything... Guessing Bill Belichick will take a year off of coaching with the Atlanta Falcons job being filled. There's no rush... The Accountant 2 gets greenlight as a Netflix series with both Ben Affleck and Matt Damon reportedly working together. Have to admit that The Accountant is a guilty pleasure of mine. Must have seen that about have a dozen times by now…
