Affordable Housing programs should only be available to US citizens and ICE should screen all applications. Landlords who allow illegal immigrants to submit applications should be both sanctioned and be ineligible for Section 8 plus face potential criminal charges. We literally have homeless military veterans in this country. Those funds could be much better spent... This week I'd like to casually drop into a conversation that "Hitler wanted to be an artist too" or that "you know who else loved his dog - Hitler" just to get a reaction... Thought that could keep you up at night... Scottie Scheffler should wear an orange shirt for today's final round of the PGA Championship. Think that would be humorous... Who knew? Matthew Modine was first approached about playing “Maverick” in Top Gun before the role went to Tom Cruise. That would have been a very different movie… Recently read Louis L' Amour's 1987 The Haunted Mesa and have the sneaking suspicion that L' Amour planned on having Mike Raglan, the hero of the book, be a sort of Indiana Jones type recurring character. L' Amour died in 1988 though... Harrison Butker's Chiefs jersey sold out in all women's sizes. Sure the NFL will condemn his words but they'll still cash those royalty checks... I’ve seen it written that the word “astronaut” is from the Ancient Greek meaning “star sailor.” I was taught it meant “star traveler.” Subtle difference. BTW NASA requires that to be an astronaut you have to have at least a master’s level degree in some STEM field including engineering… Love this joke... Also the song Danger Zone was written for Jefferson Airplane before being later being offered to Kenny Loggins. Now that would have been a very different song… Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out day… EDIT: Well I guess I was a month early - Father’s Day is in JUNE
